Question: How can I find your vans at the airport?
Answer: Proceed to the Ground Transportation Desk in your arriving terminal and ask for AirLink New York. There is a Ground Transportation Desk in every terminal at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airports.
Question: Do you pick up and drop off at any hotel or neighborhood address in Manhattan?
Answer: Yes, and we have a large fleet of vans in service at all times to keep the number of stops on each route at a minimum.
Question: How long is the trip to or from the airport?
Answer: Travel time, of course, depends on traffic conditions. In general, it's smart to allow 1 to 1-1/2 hours. However, because we provide all of our service in vans, we'll get you to the airport and back about as fast as a taxi, but at a much lower cost.
Question: How much room is there for luggage?
Answer: Luggage compartments are in the rear of the van, separate from the seating area. As a courtesy to your fellow passengers, one large suitcase and one carry-on are allowed per person.
Question: For how long is my ticket valid?
Answer: One-way tickets are valid ( ). Round-trip tickets are valid for

Question: How do I arrange pickup at a hotel or residence in Manhattan?
